Batery Pack Principal Design Engineer

• Lead battery pack design and development activities from concept through validation
• Define battery pack architecture and technical requirements
• Support the development of modular and scalable battery solutions
• Drive engineering decisions related to performance, reliability, safety, and manufacturability
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, software, systems, and integration functions
• Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities
• Support customer-facing technical discussions and engineering reviews
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the company\'s battery technology platform

POŽADUJEME

• 3+ years of experience in battery pack development and design
• Strong understanding of battery systems and energy storage technologies
• Experience working on real-world battery development projects
• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks and/or CATIA
• Strong engineering problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively within international teams
• Professional level English
