Business Insights Manager
- Act as the primary contact for IBVT and Regional Commercial Strategy Lead on complex business issues.
- Deliver actionable strategic recommendations based on integrated insights from market research, analytics, forecasting, CRM, social media, and Real World Evidence.
- Lead the Business Impact Team (BIT) and coordinate responses to key strategic questions.
- Drive brand value planning through consolidated insights and implications.
- Oversee long-term and short-term financial forecasting processes in collaboration with Finance and cross-functional teams.
- Introduce innovative BI methodologies, tools, and data sources (e.g., CRM, digital, RWE).
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal service and compliance.
- Build and maintain functional networks at local and global levels to share best practices and insights.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant codes of practice, SOPs, and company guidelines.
POŽADUJEME
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (economics, statistics, business informatics).
- Strong expertise in Market Research, Forecasting, and Analytics.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
