Business Performance Analyst

Do you enjoy working with data, building impactful dashboards, and turning insights into business decisions? Join our client\'s team and help drive field performance across Europe through analytics, reporting, and data-driven recommendations.

What will you do?

• Manage and continuously improve Power BI dashboards used by field teams
• Provide first-line support, user training, and onboarding for dashboard users
• Monitor dashboard adoption and drive user engagement
• Support target-setting processes through reporting, analysis, and scenario planning
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses on sales, activity, and performance KPIs
• Support countries without dedicated analysts with forecasting, data validation, and business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders

Start: immediately

Location: Praha 8

Contract: 8 months
