Customer Service Representative with Polish

  • Maintain strong business relationship with assigned customers and/or suppliers by utilizing soft skills to ensure customer experience is positive. Responsible for providing best in class customer support to a portfolio of assigned customers and/or suppliers
Communicates through phone or email to the customers and/or suppliers to advise them of orders, concerning invoices, payment completion and its consequences Conduct daily operational tasks in regards of CS processes. Run regular operational reports to monitor key business performance indicators, and ensure operations are carried out flawlessly and in line with KPIs set by the business unit Work and cooperate with other related functions as necessary to ensure customer/supplier issues are worked and communicated back to customer/supplier in a timely manner Ensure active follow up on customer and/or supplier business issues, to identify root causes and corrective actions and take ownership on best option resolution. Ensure they are implemented. Communicate proactively with Sales and other functions on any customers and/or suppliers signal (e.g. changes in plans, potential financial distress signals, ordering pattern variations, multiple cancelations and/or others). Provide required information for account reconciliation and other regular and ad-hoc operational stewardship. Perform reporting activities according to defined metrics within defined business unit and region and in line with appropriate service level of offering. Support and back up other team members during vacation, sick leave and/or peak period Communicate with supply organization, sales and customers on shortages, disruptions events, additional product request and alternate loading locations to customers Coordinates operational activities in compliance with Controls requirements / business rules of the respective business area Employ customer-centric approach within activities.   • Fluent English and one other language Polish
  • University degree (fresh graduates welcome)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics (advantage)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset (solution-focused)
