For an established international company, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a multicultural team based in Prague.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy structured work, inspiring communication with clients, and cooperation across teams in an international setting.

What will be your focus

  • Providing daily support to customers and internal stakeholders across assigned markets
  • Managing customer orders from receipt to completion using internal ERP and CRM systems
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints professionally
  • Handling communication primarily via email, with occasional phone contact
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely service delivery

POŽADUJEME

What we are looking for

  • Hebrew at native or professional fluency level
  • Very good command of English
  • Customer-focused mindset and service-oriented approach
  • Clear and professional communication style
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability and motivation to learn new tools and processes
  • Previous experience in customer support or administration is an advantage

You will receive full onboarding and product training to help you succeed in the role.
