For a company operating in the petrochemical industry, we have an open work opportunity for a candidate for the Expert Asset Project Management role. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring projects, for organizing and managing local maintenance in alignment with Department Manager and the Asset Management team. The team is in charge of technical condition, equipment and technology for the entire network of filling stations via portfolio of local and unternational contracted or free parties.

Váš profil:

  • University degree Technical or Economic / high school - technical
  • Experience in Asset management/ Maintenance or relevant area
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • User knowledge of CAD systems will be a plus
  • Experience with usage and administration of Maintenance Helpdesk System (advantage)
  • Experience with energy monitoring (advantage)
  • Czech - fluent C2
  • English - B2
  • MS Office, SAP (advantage)
  • Czech legislation knowledge is a plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability of developing goals and guidelines, working profesionally in international environment

Vaše náplň práce:

  • Support Asset Manager in strategy and CAPEX/OPEX Budget and entire CAPEX/OPEX planning process
  • Prepare long-term as well short-term Maintenance plans, continuous budget control
  • Monitor maintenance proceedings via digital maintenance helpdesk system or in the field if necessary
  • Plan, implement and monitor asset projects and rollouts – coordination, design alignment, scope of work definition, collaboration in bidding process, management of realisation, billing finalisation
  • Monitor energy consumption of individual filling stations and implement saving measures
  • Close/sell FS and plots
  • Support Department Manager Asset Management in all technical asset matters
  • Monitor relevant KPIs
  • Additional administrative and supporting tasks related to the role
