IAM Security Architect |Global Enterprise

Looking for an opportunity to shape enterprise-wide IAM strategy and security architecture? Join a global enterprise team where you\'ll define IAM architecture standards, drive Zero Trust initiatives, and influence cybersecurity decisions across a complex international environment.

What you\'ll do?

• Design enterprise IAM security architectures, standards, blueprints, and reusable design patterns
• Monitor developments in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity regulations, Cloud, AI, and Non-Human Identities (NHI)
• Conduct security risk assessments and evaluate architectural solutions from both security and business perspectives
• Assess IAM threat scenarios and define security controls aligned with Zero Trust principles
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support solution design and implementation
• Review security posture against industry standards such as ISO and NIST, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

POŽADUJEME

What you\'ll bring?

Must have

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in Identity & Access Management within a large enterprise environment
• Proven background in enterprise and security architecture
• Experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
• Experience with enterprise IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory, Ping Identity, Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Governance
• Good understanding of Zero Trust architecture (NIST 800-207)
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently on complex technical topics
• English at B2/C1 level for day-to-day professional communication within an international team

Nice to have

• Experience with offensive security methodologies or certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or similar
