Are you an expert in FinOps or RevOps who has already mastered the art of using AI to solve complex data puzzles? Our client, a global powerhouse in the SaaS space, is looking for a \"Special Ops\" Lead to modernize their global billing and contract operations using cutting-edge AI tools.

The Mission

You will be the architect of a new, AI-driven measurement framework. Your goal is to eliminate revenue leakage and drive \"First-Time-Right\" invoicing by turning raw data from NetSuite and Salesforce into actionable intelligence.

️ What you will do

AI-Driven Analytics: Use tools like Claude and CoPilot to query enterprise systems and build repeatable, automated reporting workflows.

Metric Development: Define and refine the headline KPIs for global Contracts & Billing.

Root-Cause Analysis: Dive into Salesforce tickets to identify themes, ageing, and bottlenecks, then fix them.

Strategic Partnership: Work alongside IT, Data, and Commercial teams to ensure systems are \"AI-ready\" and optimized for accuracy.

Performance Coaching: Help the global team (CZ & India) level up their AI fluency and operational excellence.

The Opportunity

This is a 3-month sprint to set the foundation for the future of the department. For the right candidate, this interim project serves as a \"front door\" to a long-term position within the organization, leading broader transformation and AI initiatives.
