IT Infrastructure Engineer (NetApp & Microsoft) | Full Remote

• Supporting and administering NetApp Storage and Microsoft infrastructure
• Monitoring and ensuring data availability, integrity, and security
• Managing and troubleshooting incidents through the ticketing system
• Prioritizing and resolving infrastructure-related issues
• Supporting virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix
• Administering backup environments including Veeam and ArcServe
• Supporting web services such as Microsoft IIS and Apache Tomcat
• Working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service

POŽADUJEME

• Good communication skills in German and English
• Experience in Server & Storage Administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments
• Experience with NetApp Storage technologies
• Exposure to virtualization technologies ( VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix )
• Experience with backup solutions ( Veeam, ArcServe )
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong troubleshooting skills
