Junior Procurement Specialist (Part-Time) | UK Citizens

We are currently looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to support procurement operations in an international, cross-functional environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience with end-to-end procurement processes while working with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement operations and purchasing workflows
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, systems, and reporting
• Ensure procurement tasks are completed within agreed SLAs
• Support compliance with procurement policies and internal procedures
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the procurement team

Start date: ASAP

Contract length: 6 months (with possibility of extension)

Location: Prague 3

• UK citizenship
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or procurement operations is an advantage
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems is a plus
