LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

As a Logistics Specialist you will

• follow Safety, Security, and company policies
• ensure smooth operations and meet KPIs
• monitor and troubleshoot daily Transport Management activities (planning, freight orders, deliveries)
• act as main contact for logistics issues, customers, carriers, and warehouses
• advise on late or missed deliveries and arrange alternatives
• support urgent shipments, slot management, and proof of delivery requests
• maintain Order Size Guidelines and assist with Product Returns.

Location: Prague 3

Start: immediately

Contract: limited (extension possible)

POŽADUJEME

You are a suitable candidate if you have

• secondary or university degree in Supply Chain / Logistics, Economics or technical field
• advanced knowledge of English min. B2+, will be used in both oral and written form
• very good knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel (pivot tables, basic working with data)
• accuracy and customer service mindset
• excellent communication skills
• stress resistance
