Logistics Specialist
4flow is expanding its team in Pilsen and is looking for new colleagues who want to work in a dynamic environment with an international scope. If you are looking for a role where you can use English and be in daily contact with customers, this opportunity could be for you.
The position is suitable both for candidates with experience in logistics and for those who are just starting in the field and want to learn something new.
Responsibilities
Coordination of shipments and ensuring smooth transport operations
Daily communication with customers and business partners (primarily in English)
Management of transport orders and work with internal systems
Handling non-standard situations in transportation (delays, changes, etc.)
Ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed
Collaboration on optimizing logistics processes
Administrative support and data handling (invoicing, reporting)

POŽADUJEME
Minimum secondary education (high school diploma)
Experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service is an advantage
Communicative level of English for daily use
Additional language is a plus (German, French, Spanish)
User-level knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and prioritize effectively
Stress resilience and a customer-oriented approach
