H&S Manager Tachovsko

Pracovní náplň: 

• Develop, implement, and update H&S and fire safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections at sites across the Czech Republic.
• Train employees on workplace safety and fire protection.
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, and propose preventive measures.
• Collaborate with company leadership, authorities, and external partners.
• Report and analyze H&S data and propose improvements.
• Support ESG and sustainability projects from a safety perspective.

Requirements:

• University or secondary education in a technical field or occupational safety.
• Certified OHS professional (in accordance with Czech Act No. 309/2006 Coll.).
• At least 5 years of experience in H&S, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Czech H&S and fire safety legislation.
• Independent, analytical, and well-organized.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written), Polish language is an advantage, Czech language native speaker
• Driving license (category B) and willingness to travel.
