Master Data Team Lead – Pricing (SAP / MDG)

Job Purpose

Within a global Master Data Management function, you will take ownership of Material Master Data and related pricing structures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and full data integrity across systems.

You will coordinate a small team of Master Data Analysts and act as a key driver of data quality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely creation and maintenance of Material Master Data in SAP
• Oversee intercompany price lists and ensure consistency across global entities
• Coordinate daily workload and priorities within a small Master Data team
• Act as a key escalation point for data-related requests and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs, including regular reporting
• Maintain audit readiness through proper documentation, approvals, and compliance tracking
• Perform regular data quality checks, cleansing activities, and root-cause analysis of data issues
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation and automation

POŽADUJEME

Profile & Experience

• University degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• Previous experience in Master Data, Data Governance, or Shared Services environment NEEDED
• Experience in team coordination or informal leadership is an advantage
• Strong understanding of control environments and process governance
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
• Advanced English; French is a strong advantage
