Procurement Analyst

• Supplier Outreach & Communication: Engage suppliers via phone and email to collect, validate, and update key data and documentation.
• Data Gathering, Cleansing & Maintenance: Collect and input supplier information into designated systems and spreadsheets; verify and standardize data for improved visibility and accuracy.
• Reporting & Analytics: Deliver dashboards, spend analyses, and KPIs using Excel, Power BI to support category strategies and project execution.
• Category Support: Work with procurement leads to identify cost-saving opportunities, efficiencies, and compliance improvements.
• Digital Tools & Process Enablement: Support deployment of procurement platforms, ensuring user adoption, data integrity, and process documentation.
• Supplier Performance & Compliance: Assist with performance scorecards, compliance tracking, and supplier alignment on data accuracy.
• Administrative & Project Support: Maintain tracking logs, follow up on outstanding information, and support procurement events such as eRFx and contract management.

POŽADUJEME

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field preferred (vocational or associate qualification acceptable for junior profiles).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages desirable.
• Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), Power BI or Tableau, and SAP
• Previous experience in procurement, analytics, administrative support, customer service, or supply chain data management.
• Experience in analytics,manufacturing environment, logistics or recyling is an advantage.
• Familiarity with warehousing, logistics and scrap material handling is a plus.
