Quality & Environmental Specialist (CEE)

Do you want to join an international environment where quality and sustainability are genuine priorities? We are looking for an experienced Quality & Environmental Specialist to actively support the development of Quality and Environmental Management Systems across the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This role is designed for a specialist who enjoys improving processes, conducting audits, and collaborating across teams, focusing on expertise and measurable results.

Work location: Ostrava

Your Responsibilities:

  • Quality Support and further develop the Quality Management System across the CEE region
  • Conduct internal and facilitate external audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align processes and share best practices
  • Improve processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency

Environment:

  • Conduct internal and facilitate external environmental audits to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Ensure compliance of processes related to hazardous substances and significant environmental aspects
  • Prepare and submit environmental data reports to authorities and internal stakeholders
  • Promote environmental awareness and a quality-focused mindset across the organization

What We Are Looking For:

  • University degree in a technical field (Bachelor’s / Master’s) or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in environmental management
  • Experience conducting quality and environmental audits
  • Ability to work independently, systematically, and in collaboration with others
  • Very good command of English for daily communication (meetings, emails, etc.), German is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the CEE region (approx. 2–3 days per month)
