Senior Business Analyst| Banking

• Translate regulatory requirements into clear business and functional requirements
• Analyse RWA calculations, processes, data flows, and identify gaps
• Define target-state processes and support business process improvements
• Work with Business, Risk, Data, Architecture, and Technology teams
• Lead UAT: test plans, test cases, defect tracking, and sign-off
• Facilitate workshops and document requirements, processes, and business rules
• Support delivery in Agile / DevOps environments

NABÍZÍME

• Full remote position
• Contracting

POŽADUJEME

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of Basel III/IV and RWA
• Experience with regulatory change or calculation projects
• Strong SQL skills
• Understanding of Hadoop / Spark and data pipelines
• Hands-on UAT experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Python / Scala / Angular
• Risk or regulatory technology experience
• International enterprise environment
