To strengthen our service department, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy ServiceManager to join our team.

Position Overview

The Deputy Service Manager will support the Service Manager in coordinating and executing allservice-related activities for VL3 aircraft. This role requires strong technical insight, excellentcommunication skills. You will act as a key contact for customers, ensuring timely and high-qualityservice delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Coordination — Handle service requests via phone and email, provide technical guidance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Service Documentation — Record and manage service activities in the ERP Helios system with high accuracy.
• Manual & Catalog Development — Create and update the VL3 Maintenance Manual and
• Spare Parts Catalog in cooperation with engineering and production teams.
• Team Collaboration — Support the Service Manager in daily operations and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Requirements

• Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar service or technical coordination role.
• Fluent English and Czech ,both spoken and written.
• Strong technical knowledge, ideally in aviation or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Helios.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
