TEST ENGINEER

What the role involves

• full testing of traction converters from an electrical and software perspective
• performing and evaluating functional and standardized tests
• uploading, debugging, and fine-tuning control software
• implementing small-scale software adjustments where needed
• identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
• maintaining all required documentation, including protocols and FAT reports
• participating in FATs, handing over equipment to customers, resolving technical issues
• occasional travel to customer sites to support commissioning
• close cooperation with the company’s headquarters in Geneva

POŽADUJEME

• university or secondary education in electrical engineering
• previous experience in a similar position is an advantage but not required
• ability to communicate in English
• responsibility, accuracy, flexibility, and independence
• strong communication skills and customer-facing approach
• valid electrical qualification under Czech Decree No. 50/1978
